• Review activity: Clicks and actions you take to select page elements and add comments (used only to provide the review feature).
• Comment and page data: Comment text you write, element selectors that pin comments to specific parts of a page, and the list of page URLs you explicitly add to a project for commenting.

We do not collect: health or medical information, financial or payment data, your personal communications (e.g. email, texts, chat), location (e.g. GPS or region), or your general web browsing history. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to provide the service (authentication, storing and syncing comments, enabling the extension on your chosen pages), to improve our product, and to communicate with you about the service where appropriate.

The website may use cookies or local storage for session and preference data (e.g. theme, auth tokens). The extension uses browser storage (with your consent to the extension's storage permission) for auth tokens, theme, and the list of URLs you have enabled for commenting per project. You can clear this data via your browser or extension settings.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting) under standard agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
